Stay away from fatty and sugary foods. And do some simple things such as switch your white bread to whole grain/wheat bread. If you subscribe to Seventeen magazine, they always have some really good recipes to try, and they also have tons of exercises that will help you to lose weight and trim/tone certain areas. You can also try walking or running. I’ve heard running is bad for ballet dancers, but I do it two or three times a week anyway :P
