Thanks so much! It may be more challenging, but it’s not too late! Since you have dance experience it will be especially easier to pick up things more quickly. Yoga can definitely help with your strength and flexibility. I used to do it a lot because my best friend’s mom is a yoga instructor. Give it a try and I’m sure you’ll love it!!
